Our Homes

Laebon Homes is a custom home builder as well as a land development company. Although we have our standard floor plans, we also build custom homes on your land or in our communities throughout Central Alberta.

Homes in Creekside start under $300,000 and include home, home site, and gst as well as 4 Whirlpool kitchen appliances, rear deck, front sod, poured sidewalk, legal fees, bank appraisal fee and Real Property Report. Cabinets come in your choice of Oak, Hickory or Maple with soft-close doors and drawers and crown moulding. Baseboards and casements come in 4 styles of 3 1/2″ and 4″ MDF painted or 2 1/4″ oak or maple. Attached garages are paint-ready and come with 2 remote door openers and keyless entry. You can view our home plans at http://www.laebon.com.

If you are thinking of purchasing a lot in the Town of Rocky Mtn. House to build on. Please come and see us first. If Laebon purchases the lot and sells you home and lot together, this will save you money. We can give you the Government New Home Rebate upfront in the price of your home and land, we will pay your legal fees and include landscaping, and you won’t have to do installment payments throughout the building of your home – you can do a completion mortgage which saves you bank interest.

We make building your home easy by guiding you every step of the way. We have a Co-construct computer program which enables you to monitor and give feedback along the way, you are never out of the loop. Project Managers allow you access to your home throughout the building process.
